The interventions on this spot in Santpoort are clear. The land has changed from agricultural land to a new housing estate. The district where this alley is located was built in the mid-eighties and it is now an extension of the municipality of Haarlem. When I get off the bus, two streets from the coordinates, I see a small old mill standing, which in the images of 1974 has just disappeared between the separate photos to the south and the west.
